The best laid plans of mice and men

 

I rather like the fact that not only is the journey unpredictable, and not only did the little person have to abandon her bicycle less than halfway, but instead of a big "winning post" at the end there are just lots of small marker flags en route. Life isn't a race or a competition. And you certainly can't plan it all out.
